Taking over downtown Raleigh, each block will be a different theme (music, art, street painting, design, circus, and more!) and each hour there’s a different type of event. This year’s West End Poetry Festival will be an event to remember with four days of readings, workshops, panels, and a focus on this year’s theme of “intersections”.
